Rotory crusher SR.
Rotory crushers are used for coarse grinding of dry, relatively mild materials such as coal, shale, stoned salts with large initial pieces into products with particles below 8-12 mm. Rotary crushers can also be used for preliminary crushing of the material prior to the fine grinding by a disintegrator.
Prerequisites for the initial material: hardness of up to 1000 kg / cm2, size of pieces up 170 mm, content of moisture up to 5 %.
The central part consists of a rotor with a few impact elements, rotating in silindrical housing with few plates in low part.
The fineness of the product depends on the speed of the rotor's rotation and a gap between the rotor and the housing.
